Each resume is manually entered into our skills database. No ‘click’ on a file and it’s in the system, unread. We take the time to analyze every line of every resume, looking for inconsistencies, buzzwords without backup, length of time on jobs. We’ll also make sure that commute won’t come back to haunt you six months into the job of a new employee. If we know the commute is a tough one, we’ll advise you.
